Culver residents can help make sure everyone in the community has a Thanksgiving turkey. The Culver Middle and Elementary School Student Councils are teaming up for a turkey drive.
Each afternoon this week, members of the community have been asked to take part by dropping off a frozen turkey at Culver Middle School. Today’s the last chance to do that, with turkey donations being accepted from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m.
Organizers say you don’t even have to get out of your car. Students will be on hand to accept drive-through turkey donations.
The turkeys will then be given to the local food pantry. For more information, contact Missy Trent at 574-842-3391.
