A holiday tradition returns to a rural Pulaski County community for the 27th year. Each December the town of Pulaski, nestled along the bank of the Tippecanoe River just off State Road 119 lights up the month of December with various animated attractions.
Highlights of the annual light display include skaters and a paddleboat, the 12 days of Christmas, a nativity scene, bears throwing packages across the road, a giant wreath, a barn scene, Santa in an airplane and helicopter, a playground in front of the private residence that once was a school and more.
The Christmas lights have become a major draw for the community. There’s no charge to view the display, but donations are accepted. Visitors from all over the state make Pulaski a stop as part of their seasonal celebration. The lights will be on display through the end of the year.
