Two longtime Starke County 4-H volunteers will be laid to rest today. Wayne and Joann Emigh both died Wednesday. WKVI’s Chris Milner reports.
Funeral services are today at 1:00 p.m. at M.C. Smith Funeral Home, with visitation there from noon until the time of the service.
