Pulaski County Police officers who died in the line of duty will be honored during a memorial service next week. The Sheriff’s Office will hold its annual memorial service Monday morning at 11:30 at the front entrance of the Pulaski County Justice Center in Winamac.
During its history, the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office has had three officers die in the line of duty: Deputy Shadron Kiley “Shad” Bassett in 2005, Sheriff Milo “Mike” Lewis in 1967, and Sheriff Charles Henry Oglesby in 1907.
