The Knox City Council has quite a few important matters on the agenda for their meeting this evening. A public hearing on the 2018 budget is scheduled as well as a resolution for the transfer of funds.
A Starke County Economic Development Foundation report will be provided to the council by Charlie Weaver. Council members will act on the 2018 Salary Ordinance which describes how much various members of each department make by the hour or annually and the fire protection agreement which outlines expectations and services provided by the Knox-Center Township Volunteer Fire Department.
The Knox City Council meets tonight at 7 p.m. in Knox City Hall.
