Pulaski County to Make Court Documents Available Online through Doxpop

You’ll soon be able to access various Pulaski County court documents online. The county commissioners approved a contract Tuesday with Doxpop.

The company makes the documents available online at no cost to the county, according to Circuit Court Judge Michael Shurn. “We’re letting them have access to our records, in exchange for other things, such as then we get access all over the state, and our service providers – we’ve done a deal where they’re going to have access,” he explained. “Anybody who works for the court, essentially, is going to have free access to a statewide system.” However, the general public may be charged a user fee.

According to Doxpop’s website, Pulaski County is one of only two in the state that isn’t already using the system for court documents. However, the Pulaski County Recorder’s Office has used Doxpop for the past few years.
