The Winamac Park Board will get an update tonight on grant funding for its swimming pool rebuilding project. The town is applying for $200,000 in matching money from the federal Land and Water Conservation Fund. The total cost of rebuilding the pool is expected to be between $500,000 and $600,000.
Also during tonight’s meeting, the park board will get its monthly report from Park Manager Dave DeLorenzo. Tonight’s Winamac Park Board meeting starts at 6:00 EDT at the Winamac Municipal Utility Complex.
