The Town of Medaryville will soon have a new insurance provider. During a special session Wednesday, the town council decided to switch to Bliss McKnight, according to Deputy Clerk Jackie Hines.
That will include coverage of the town’s buildings and vehicles, and workers’ compensation for the coming year. As part of the change, Hines says the annual cost went up by about $10,000.
Medaryville will continue using Novotny Insurance as its agent.
