Unemployment rates are down from last year in Starke and Pulaski counties. Both saw their rates decline by four-tenths of a percent between October of 2016 and October of 2017, according to the Indiana Department of Workforce Development.
Last month, Starke County saw an unemployment rate of 4.1 percent, a drop of three-tenths of a percent from the month before. Pulaski County’s rate was unchanged from September, at 3.5 percent.
