The Medaryville Town Council has finalized the town’s 2018 salary ordinance.
Clerk-Treasurer Judy Harwood says the only major change has to do with the hiring of a new maintenance assistant supervisor. The new employee will get $17 per hour and a two-week vacation, in lieu of health insurance. Harwood says council members have been getting applications for the position.
The town council passed the salary ordinance on third and final reading Wednesday.
