The Francesville Town Council is taking steps to sell a couple unneeded vehicles. “There was a motion to take our old tractor to auction to try and sell it,” says Clerk-Treasurer Linda Bennett, “and our old police vehicle – they’re trying to find out if someone was interested in it.”
During Monday’s council meeting, it was reported that the new police vehicle is up and running. Meanwhile, Bennett says the new tractor has already been put to use plowing snow.
