Some longtime teachers at the Eastern Pulaski Community School Corporation are stepping down at the end of the school year.
Superintendent Dan Foster says the school board accepted three retirements during Monday’s meeting. “Mrs. Barb Neal teaches first grade, and she’s been here 31 years,” Foster says. “And Miss Denise Parcel teaches elementary PE, and she’s been here 34 years. And Mrs. Gail Lambert teaches middle school/high school; she’s in the Media Center, and she’s been here 35 years. So all told, those three ladies have 100 years serving the students of Eastern Pulaski.”
Foster says the school corporation appreciates their years of service and dedication to its students.
