The Knox School Board has officially hired Dawn Bailey to take over as corporation treasurer and business manager. Her appointment was approved Tuesday, but her actual start date was April 9. That will give her a few weeks to work with current treasurer and business manager Sherry Fort, before she retires on April 27.
During Tuesday’s meeting, Superintendent Dr. William Reichhart pointed out that it marks a return to Knox Community Schools for Bailey. She thanked board members for accepting her back to serve the community.
