In accordance with the Lake Max Triathlon, Lake Shore Drive and Main Street in Culver will be closed between 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. on Saturday.
Culver Clerk-Treasurer Karen Heim sent out an alert stating that during that time, bike traffic will also be heavy on State Road 10 as well as roads around the lake, including Sycamore Road and 20B Road.
She also mentioned that runners will be out along Lake Shore Drive, School Street and Academy Road between 9 and 10:30 a.m.
Motorists are asked to plan accordingly and to be courteous when encountering participants and the volunteers who will be out on the course directing traffic.
