The Town of Francesville is having issues with its wastewater treatment lagoon. Clerk-Treasurer Linda Bennett says there’s a bow in the curtain wall. That’s been limiting the effectiveness of the dark-colored tiles designed to prevent the growth of algae.
Bennett says town officials have been waiting for the contractor to fix the problem. She adds that Town Attorney Justin Schramm will be contacting the contractor to get the issue resolved.
