Eastern Pulaski School Board members are helping to shed some light on the schools’ campus with a decision they made last Monday.
Superintendent Dan Foster said school board members have been considering lighting upgrades recently and they chose to utilize with Fissel Electric Service, Inc to keep the work consistent since the company put in their other lights.
The members were presented with a few different options last week but opted to go with the option that would allow them to get some twin head lights and single head lights. The approved bid was a total of $45,726.
Foster noted, “That will give us two or three of the twin heads and for the entrance there its kind of nice because it will help with the drive and the sidewalk just a little bit but it will also help with a little walking area we have just to the left of our tennis courts.”
Foster said that single head lighting will be installed along the rest of the drive.
