Pulaski County has been able to recover some of the money owed to its revolving loan program. During last week’s joint session with the county council, the county commissioners accepted a $50,000 settlement from Jerry Howe, following a lawsuit.
Commissioner Kenny Becker said that was only a portion of what was owed, but it was better than nothing. That money will go back into the county’s Revolving Loan Fund.
