To give Starke County residents a chance to peruse some potential presents from local vendors and businesses, the Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a Holiday Market on the first four Saturdays in December.
They’re currently looking for interested businesses to participate. There will be about 27 booth spaces on each available day. It costs $10 to register for a space. Spots will be available inside, as well as outdoors.
Booth spaces will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Business owners will be sent a confirmation of registration.The Chamber’s Holiday Market will be held from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. on December 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd. Set up will start at 8 a.m. on those days and individuals are responsible for bringing their own tables and chairs.
Completed vendor forms and payments can be turned into the Starke County Chamber of Commerce office, located at 400 North Heaton Street.
Additionally, organizers are looking to have entertainment on each of the days. Any kids’ choirs, Santa Clause acts or and other holiday-themed entertainers are encouraged to reach out.
