The winners of Hamlet’s 2018 holiday decorating contest have been announced. The home at 310 West Davis Street was the first-place winner and 600 West Davis came in second, trading places from last year’s contest. 109 South Starke Street came in third, while 707 South Starke got an honorable mention, according to Clerk-Treasurer Kristina Pitts.
