The Town of Hamlet has a couple new businesses. Financial Advisor Mitch Semans told the town council last week that he recently purchased and set up shop in the building formerly occupied by Dr. Richard Lochner. Semans said he’s also renting office space to a nurse practitioner, who plans to see patients in Hamlet one day a week.
Council President Dave Kesvormas said the town would be willing to assist the businesses, such as helping with the cost of repairing the sidewalk.
