A Winamac man was arrested Friday evening following a traffic stop in Plymouth.
According to a police report from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, Officer Andrew Wozniak initiated a traffic stop on a white 2002 Oldsmobile passenger car in the area of Michigan Road and 2A Road shortly after 9 p.m. on Friday, February 1st.
The driver, identified as 34-year-old Kourtney Robert Thompson Gibbs was found to be operating a vehicle with a driver’s license status of suspended-prior. He was also found to have an active warrant through Pulaski County.
Gibbs was taken to the Marshall County jail and processed for driving while suspended prior and was held on his warrant for Pulaski County.
