The Pulaski County Commissioners last week officially renewed the county’s contract with Purdue Extension for the year.
Purdue Extension Educator Mandy Medbourn explained that the funding was already approved in the 2019 budget. The agreement just had to be signed.
Under the contract, Pulaski County will pay Purdue just under $60,000 for the services of the extension educators. The commissioners unanimously agreed to let board president Kenny Becker sign the contract on behalf of the county.
