The North Judson Utility Department is making plans for warmer weather.
Town Council members received some information about springtime preparation from Interim Town Superintendent Randy Schwartz Monday night.
Schwartz told the council that crews are prepping the street sweeper and mentioned the brush pick-up process will remain the same as last year.
He shared, “I guess what everyone’s been wondering is when we’re going to start brush and if the weather continues being like is then we’ll do it the last Thursday of the month. That schedule worked out pretty well last year so I don’t see any reason to change it.”
Schwartz noted that the week following the first brush pick-up, crews will likely do a lap around town with the leaf machine.
