The Knox Parks Department plans to kick off the Movies in the Park series before the month is up.
According to an announcement from the Mayor’s Office, the first Movies in Park of the season will be held on Wednesday, May 29th. They will start showing the movie ‘The Incredibles 2’ around 8:30 p.m.
Before the movie begins, Kalita “The Master of Magic” will perform a show on the Wythogan Park Performance Stage at 7:30 p.m.
There is no admission fee and parking is free. People will need to bring their own blankets and chairs for seating.
If inclement weather strikes, the movie will be moved indoors to the Nancy J. Dembowski Community Center.
