The National Weather Service continues to warn about the risk of severe weather today. A tornado watch has been issued for Starke, Pulaski, and Marshall counties, along with much of northern Indiana, through 9:00 p.m. CDT Monday.
Forecasters say a first wave of showers and storms will roll in this afternoon, followed by a second stronger wave around 6:00 p.m. CDT. They say the biggest threat will be damaging winds and maybe large hail and heavy rain, but an isolated tornado is also possible.
