Hamlet property owners are planning some construction projects.
Two permits were approved by the zoning board Wednesday.
One allows for the renovation of a fire-damaged home at 500 North Starke Street, with the possible addition of a second story. The other permit lets Finish Line Construction build a garage on its property. Another homeowner is looking to enclose an existing deck, but the zoning board determined that no permit was needed.
