The 2020 Budget for the City of Knox will be up for adoption when members meet tonight at 7 p.m.
The council is also expected to hold additional readings over the Starke County Comprehensive Airport Zoning Ordinance.
This ordinance deals with regulating potential airport obstructions and is coming before council members at the recommendation of the Planning Commission. It was considered on first reading earlier this month.
Clerk-Treasurer Jeff Houston and Mayor Dennis Estok will provide updates about the City’s finances and operations and council members will address any other business deemed necessary. Members of the public will have a chance to weigh in prior to the meeting’s adjournment.
Tonight’s meeting will be held in Knox City Hall.
