The North Judson-San Pierre School Corporation is holding an e-learning day next week on Monday, October 28th.
Superintendent Dr. Annette Zupin shared certain e-Learning days are incorporated into the calendar to provide educators with an opportunity to work on professional development.
She explained, “We have two e-Learning days pre-planned this year that offer our teachers opportunities for our teachers to have greater and deeper collaboration time”
Dr. Zupin elaborated on what teachers will focus on during Monday’s e-Learning day.
She noted, “Our teachers will spend some of the time answering and responding to students with e-Learning questions and then they will also spend some time with collaboration. They will be looking at Pivot INSPECT data, they’ll be looking at their curriculum maps and common assessments.”
In addition to providing extra professional development time, the scheduled e-Learning days give students a chance to familiarize themselves with the process.
