The North Judson Town Council will consider an Inter-Local Agreement related to Constellation of Starke’s Stellar efforts when members meet tonight.
The document was presented to officials when they met earlier this month. However, in order to give themselves and Town Attorney Justin Schramm more time to review it, they chose to table it until tonight’s meeting.
Members will hear from a CommonWealth Engineers representative about the water and wastewater projects and Mitch Hansel from Fleis and Vandenbrink will be back before the council to discuss future road and sidewalk paving projects as well as the ADA transition implementation plan.
Town officials will also continue their conversation about obtaining advisory services for the potential sale of the railroad.
The meeting will be held in North Judson Town hall at 6:30 p.m.
