The North Judson-Wayne Township Public Library Board will soon have a new member. Justin Miller was appointed last week by the North Judson-San Pierre School Board. His four-year term starts January 1.
Miller replaces Nathan Origer, who told the school board he was not seeking reappointment. “I have been representing the school board on the library board for eight years now, the last four since Larry Wickert ended his term, as the president, and with the end of this term, I have decided to step down and let some fresh blood in,” Origer said.
North Judson-San Pierre Superintendent Dr. Annette Zupin thanked Origer for his time and effort. Miller was one of two candidates who had expressed interest in filling his seat.
