North Judson Town Council Makes Appointment to Railroad Committee

An appointment that was postponed during the North Judson Town Council’s first meeting of the year was addressed when members met last Monday.

Clerk-Treasurer Andrew Rowe reminded officials that they refrained from making an appointment to the Railroad Committee in order to obtain some additional information about their meetings.

Rowe said he was able to find out that the group meets at the North Judson-Wayne Township Public Library at 6 p.m. on the second Monday every other month starting in February.

Council Vice President Josh Brown said he was willing to serve as the Town’s representative when he’s able to as long as others would be willing to fill in if something comes up that would keep him from attending a meeting.

The council cast a unanimous vote to appoint Brown to the position.
