The Pulaski County Advisory Plan Commission has a new member. Tyler Gutwein was appointed last week by the county commissioners. He replaces Rick Stone, who did not seek reappointment.
Krysten Hinkle also expressed interest in the position, according to Building Inspector and Plan Administrator Doug Hoover. The commissioners chose Gutwein because he would represent the west side of the county, as Stone had.
They also reappointed Derrick Stalbaum to the Pulaski County Board of Zoning Appeals.
