The Knox Board of Works will continue preparations for upgrades to Sandy Acres Park this morning.
Board members will consider rejecting the asphalt bids opened last month and awarding a bid for an excavation and concrete package. They’ll also open bids from potential buyers of a surplus police car.
Additionally, the board of works will discuss sewer and water plans and specifications for the future Common Collabs facility, as well as sidewalk and street specifications for the new Veteran’s Memorial. Board members will also get an update on the building at 1 & 3 North Main Street.
