A mobile food pantry will be heading to Monterey tomorrow. The Food Finders Food Bank will hold a drive-through pickup starting at 11:00 a.m. EDT at the Monterey Lions Club at 6194 E. Main St.
Items such as fresh produce, frozen meat, bread, baked goods, beverages, and laundry soap will be distributed to those meeting income guidelines on a first come, first served basis. The visit is sponsored by Pulaski County Human Services, Pulaski Connect, and Geminus, Inc.
Meanwhile, the Food Bank of Northern Indiana will hold its weekly distribution at Knox Elementary School tomorrow from 10:00 a.m. to noon CDT.
