Starke County high school seniors can now apply for the 2021 Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship. It’s a four-year, full-tuition scholarship for students planning to enroll at any accredited public or private college or university in Indiana.
The Starke County Community Foundation’s online scholarship application can be found at nicf.org. Applications are due by September 3.
To be eligible to be next year’s Starke County Lilly Scholar, students must be a current Starke County resident on track to graduate from high school by the end of 2021. The community foundation says the selection committee will be looking at the student’s academic performance, application essays, and service in the community, work, and school.
Applications for the Starke County Community Foundation’s other scholarships will be available December 2.
