The Oregon-Davis School Board recently welcomed some of the corporation’s new teachers. Superintendent Bill Bennett says they were introduced and approved during this month’s regular meeting.
“For this school year, we had two new elementary teachers, Savannah Sonaty, as well as Sarah Lucas,” Bennett says. “We also approved a new biology teacher at the high school, Mr. Christopher Donovan, as well as, we did hire another special education teacher who will focus mostly at the elementary, Tina Green.”
Bennett says the school board also approved the publication of the proposed 2021 capital projects and bus replacement plans. A public hearing is set for September 21.
