The Town of Winamac says it won’t be having traditional door-to-door trick-or-treating this year, due to COVID-19. That’s according to Town Manager Brad Zellers. He added Tuesday that the decision was based on the recommendation of the Pulaski County Health Department and Incident Management Team.
That makes Winamac one of the first communities in the local area to cancel trick-or-treating. Earlier this year, it was one of the few that did have its annual Fourth of July fireworks.
