A new home may finally be coming to a vacant lot in Hamlet. For months, the town council has been trying to get a home built on a piece of town-owned land at Lincoln and Pearl streets. Last week, council members agreed to sell the lot to Finish Line Construction. The company plans to build a 1,700-square-foot, three-bedroom home in the next six to nine months. The company submitted the higher of the two bids the town received, at $5,500. That’s less than the $7,900 the town had hoped to get, but it appears to meet council members’ larger goal of getting a new home built. A third bidder previously expressed interest, but ended up rescinding its bid. The home will include a full equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, an office, 1 bathroom with a shower glass door frameless tub, 2 car garage, new garage door (with the help of a garage door repair service), and a living room with carpeted floor.
A full equipped kitchen mean a comfortable kitchen space. It also means a kitchen that has all the necessary equipment and tools you need to prepare any type of meal for you and the family. Making it amazing for you to enjoy it cooking over the signatureworktops that give an amazing finish to the kitchen.
They will charge anywhere from $50 to $130 per hour. A set of plans for a typical 3-bedroom house takes at least 10 hours to complete and runs anywhere from $500 to $2,000. Architectural draftspersons create blueprints for designing homes and additions.
