Wet pavement is being blamed for a crash that reportedly sent a car into a fire hydrant and utility pole in Knox Wednesday afternoon. Emergency responders were called to the 1700 block of South Heaton Street.
Knox-Center Township Fire Chief Kenny Pfost says the southbound car lost control on the wet road. No injuries were reported. Utility crews were still reportedly repairing the damage as of 5:30 p.m.
