Those looking to donate to a local community foundation on Giving Tuesday could have their donations doubled.
The Starke County Community Foundation is hosting a drive-through event tomorrow from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the North Judson United Methodist Church. Donations to any permanent fund will be matched dollar-for-dollar, up to $500 per fund and $10,000 overall, thanks to the Hardesty Memorial Endowment Fund.
The Community Foundation of Pulaski County is also offering a matching opportunity. For every dollar given to the Community Grants Fund or any other unrestricted fund, the community foundation will provide a matching amount to a local nonprofit organization of the donor’s choice, up to $2,000 per gift. Donations can be made online at cfopc.org/givingtuesday or dropped off in the mailbox in front of the foundation’s office.
