Members of the public will have a chance to weigh in tonight on a proposal to close the 105-year-old LaCrosse school building and move high school classes to Wanatah.
The Tri-Township School Board will hold a 1028 hearing “to discuss and hear objections and support regarding the proposed renovation, construction and improvements at Wanatah School.” It’s a required step before the school corporation may officially seek financing for the project.
Tonight’s Tri-Township School Board meeting starts at 6:00 at LaCrosse High School. Those who’d like to attend virtually by Zoom are asked to register with the school corporation by 4:30 this afternoon. Login information will be emailed before the meeting begins.
