The Town of North Judson is sticking with its current health insurance provider even though costs are going up. The town council recently chose a plan from Anthem, at the request of employees.
That will allow the type of plan to remain a PPO, rather than HMO, and the coinsurance remains at 80-20. But the single-person deductible will go from $1,000 to $1,500, and the cost to the town will go up by almost five percent.
