The Knox Board of Works will hold hearings on code enforcement issues this morning. Public hearings are scheduled for 504 East Culver Road, 1498 East John Street, and 342-344 West Spruce Drive. Last month, Director of Building and Code Compliance Kenny Pfost told board members that the biggest concern at the time was junk vehicles.
The board of works will also get an update on the wastewater plant project from engineer Steve Henschen with Jones Petrie Rafinski. As of last month, Thieneman Construction was putting the finishing touches on the project, following delays and cost overruns.
