The Eastern Pulaski Community School Corporation may be tightening the limits on school fundraisers. A policy update will be up for the school board’s approval tonight.
Superintendent Dara Chezem says it would limit school organizations to one fundraiser a year unless additional approval is given. The sale of food items during the school day would also be limited, except with the principal’s approval.
In other business tonight, the Eastern Pulaski School Board will consider replacing the classroom furniture at the elementary school and disposing of surplus items. An updated continuous learning plan will also be presented.
Tonight’s school board meeting starts at 5:15 EDT in the Winamac High School Conference/Meeting Center.
