Pulaski County officials are recognizing May as Older Americans Month. A proclamation was recently approved by the county commissioners, at the request of Pulaski County Human Services.
To coincide with Older Americans Month, Pulaski County Human Services says it’s reopening its Von Tobel Center in Winamac and West Side Center in Medaryville. Those interested in volunteering may call 574-946-6500.
The theme of this year’s Older Americans Month as designated by the Administration for Community Living is “Communities of Strength.”
