Those driving through North Judson today will notice an art project taking shape along State Road 10. Local students are painting the sidewalk in front of Norwayne Field.
Clerk-Treasurer Andrew Rowe says high school students began yesterday by taping off and drawing a design. He says a combination of elementary and high school students will be painting throughout today.
