Officials are investigating the recent deaths of two inmates at the Westville Correctional Facility. The Indiana Department of Correction’s chief communications officer has confirmed to WKVI News that Richard L. Canada, 39, died on Wednesday, while Daniel R. Todd, 36, died on May 29.
It was noted that both deaths are being investigated, which is routine for any death in a DOC facility.
