Leadership Pulaski County Class Seeking Applicants

The Leadership Pulaski County program is seeking applicants for its first class. It’s designed to help residents brush up on their leadership skills, while also learning more about the community.

That’s according to the Community Foundation of Pulaski County. It’s helping to coordinate the course as part of its Forward Thinking Leadership Initiative, in partnership with Purdue Extension-Pulaski County and the Pulaski County Community Development Commission.

After years of discussion and delays, the weekly class will finally begin on Thursday, August 19. It will consist of 12 four-hour sessions at locations across Pulaski County. The cost is $350 per student, but the community foundation says there are limited scholarships available.

More information can be found on the Purdue Extension website or by calling 574-946-3412. The deadline to apply is July 12.
