North Judson residents who water their lawn during the month of June will get a little break on their utility bills. The town council passed an ordinance last week moving the “sprinkling allowance” period from July, August, and September to June, July, and August.
Clerk-Treasurer Andrew Rowe said the change would take effect this billing cycle.
