Starke County is looking for a new board of zoning appeals member. Auditor Rachel Oesterreich recently told the county commissioners that they still need to appoint someone.
Potential Starke County BZA members could be either Democrats or Republicans. Residents of the incorporated areas of Knox, North Judson, and Hamlet are generally not eligible, unless they also own land within the county’s zoning jurisdiction.
